A jury found sex offender John Evander Couey guilty this week of kidnapping and raping 9 year old Jessica Lunsford. The sentencing phase of the trial will start this Tuesday.

    This sick bastard deserves to die in the cruelest way possible. I hope he gets the death penalty but that even seems to easy of a sentence for this sick S.O.B. Hopefully he can face some real evils in prison and may we have faith that someday he can suffer the way he made that poor child suffer. Sometimes I believe that no punishment can fit the crime commited no matter what the sentence. This is one of those sad cases.

    the death sentence is to good for him he should rot in a one room cell in prison and think every day7 what he did to that poor little girl killing him lets him off the hook make him suffer till his natural death

    Why should taxpayers have to feed this rotten piece of trash - kill him immediately - that mental plea is a bunch of junk - how can those Defense attorneys sleep at night defending this RAT. The needle is way too good for him - let him die in the electric chair - that takes longer and puts fear in him. The no goodbum - AND, his sister or whoever that lied for him when she knew that Jessica was hidden right there when the Police came - she should get the death penalty too - Let’s see that she pays for this too.

    I think that couey should get the death penalty. if everybody else gets the death penalty, what makes him so different?he isnt no dfferent from any body else.they will just send him to a mad house where he will escape and go and rape and kill some other little girl or god knows who.hope he rots in hell for what he did.I had a little sister that was murdered by a serial killer.and i know how it feels to have some one you love get murdered.my prayers are with jessicas parents.

    The sooner we get rid of him the better. He is a monster, a piece of trash. Just plain nasty.Everyone who was involved should be put to a painfull death.

    I think we should lock him up in a room filled with parents whose children have been molested by these sick wackos. Give him a taste of his own medicine. As a mother, I know what I would do…and the needle is too quick and good for him.

    I would like to see the judge sentence this piece of garbage to life in prison. Heres why. If he is sentenced to death he will be living on death row and will be seperated from the general population. But if he is sentenced to Life he will have to interact with the other prisoners, and everyone knows that they hate child molesters. Maybe they will make his life a living hell before they finally kill him.
