Those fires finally made the news in my neck of the woods, and it turns out they’re in central Florida. Most of the fires are in heavily wooded acreage, but one fire this weekend surprised residents of Orange County when it came too close to their homes. Thanks to Orange County Firefighters, the homes are safe, and the fire is out there. Fires continue to burn in just the wooded areas.
