I think every student in Florida is back to school by now. My own kids have been in school for 2 weeks now, and we’re back into the groove of things. It sounds so strange to me when I heard about schools up north starting so late! The concept of returning to school after Labor Day has never been a Florida thing. Even when I was in school, we always went back in the later half of August, and we usually got out the 1st week of June. Any other schedule just sounds odd to me!
